Other methods are discussable.Payment must be made upfront. Commissions that total over $70 USD may be paid half upfront/half at completion if needed. Once the initial payment has been received, I will begin working up until a halfway point. The final image(s) will not be delivered until the remainder of the payment has been made.Major revisions may require additional payment, especially if it is in a later stage. Up to 5 small revisions are available unless I misunderstand a detail that has already been specified. Major revisions include posing, items/weapon changes, wardrobe, background, perspective, etc.A limited number of small revisions are allowed without pay. In example, color adjustments, small details removed/changed, item placement so long as it is not major, etc.Refunds nonnegotiable once the commission process has begun unless a event impacts my ability to finish the commission, in which you will be refunded a percentage based on what stage I am at.If I am taking a commission that will be used for charms/keychains, prints, etc, I can handle the ordering and possible shipment of the product. You will be charged what it takes to have it ordered/shipped + 10-20% of said fee. You, of course, must specify your address to me.Please discuss with me whether the image(s) will be for commercial use upfront. This will result in higher payment.An invoice for the commission will be written in a google doc upon payment.DEADLINESPlease let me know whether there is a specific time that must be met with your commission. A rush fee may be required depending on the complexity of the image and the deadline.All commissions automatically have a two-month deadline upon starting. If I am unable to meet the deadline, for whatever reason, you will be made aware and have the option to discuss a cancellation with a partial refund. If I deem the piece may need more time due to the complexity you will also be made aware, and an extension will be discussed. Otherwise, I will do my best to finish the commission in a timely manner.Please be sure to communicate with me with minimal delay. No more than a few days is preferred, otherwise it may impact the progress of the commission.RIGHTS OF USAGEI retain ownership and copyright of the final image(s).I may use the artwork for my portfolio. If it includes your original characters, you may ask me not to.If you would like the commission to remain fully private, please let me knowYou may use the image(s) as avatars, emotes, references, wallpapers, etc., with credit. This also applies to sharing on socials.
You can print out the artwork in any way for personal use only.You may not use my artwork commercially unless it has been discussed and accounted for during payment. This means that you cannot sell or reproduce it in a way that garners profit. This applies to merchandising, advertising, etc. This must be discussed with me first.You may NOT use my art to train AI or be sold as NFTS in any way.COMMISSION PROGRESSProgress images will be sent to the commissioner per each stage, particularly if confirmation on details is needed. Major revisions become harder in the later stage of the artwork and may require additional payment as said above, please keep this in mind. If you are confused about what the major consists of, please refer once more to the payment portion of my TOS or ask me directly.The finished product will be approved of and sent over a Google Drive link. Any requested variants or stages may also be available; it is the commissioners’ responsibility to let me know if any are wanted.NOTESRefer to my portfolio to view the styles I typically use! My style varies a lot and I’m comfortable with changing certain aspects so long as I am not explicitly referencing other artists. Simply ask and I will work with you if my style does not meet what you are looking for.If the commission is shared by me on social media the commissioner will always be tagged unless specified otherwise. I will ask permission to make sure it can be shared beforehand. No real names or personal info will be shared during this process.Please directly contact me unless it is impossible to do so, having a middleman may complicate the process. Details very well could be lost.I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason. I also have the right to refuse changes that go against my guidelines unless an agreement is made.

- Initial base price depends whether this is a full body or half body model.
- Depending how complex the base design, additional fees of 50-200 USD may apply.
- 5 facial expressions of your choice included in base price, +3 emotions will be a 50 dollar markup.
- A hairstyle toggle or different hairstyles will be 60 USD each.
- Alternative outfit toggles, depending on complexity, will be 100-200 USD.
- 1 arm and 2 seperate props/weapon toggles are available. If more assets wanted then it will be 20 USD per each.If I'm not drawing from a clear reference but from compiled reference photos this will be another 100 USD markup. If I am designing your model fully from scratch then it will be 200+. This section doesn't apply if you have a reference sheet already made.THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE RIG. This is only rig ready.
